Further more it is reported that the 14.4 billion industry is already under the clutch of a downturn in the business - decline in sales is predicted to reach as low as 25 per cent in this year. Particularly, the surfboard makers are expected to see a 30 percent to 40 percent fall because of the gradual reduction in the bulk purchases by most consumers.
