Running Flats seek Highest Customer Attention

March 12th, 2009 by Mike

brooks1Racing flats have a minimalist look. Popularly known as the flats, these running shoe variants are usually lightweight, snug-fit and give you a barefoot feel. They can not be considered as a typical running or training shoe because of less stability. In addition flats do not have variable patterned outsoles as in the case of conventional trainers. The flex grooves are not deep-set to provide better grip and arch support for moderate level of pronation while you run. You may skid or fall on tracks if worn for rigorous training sessions. It is almost mandatory to opt for training shoes which allow for better cushioning and also protect runners from potential injuries. Over-pronators and tri-athletes are advised to wear lightweight training shoes for better motion control and higher levels of stability. So, instead of a Brooks Racer ST 4 or Brooks Beast, they switch to the Brooks GTS Adrenaline for better performance.
