With the Christmas just round the corner, the traditional time for receiving and giving gifts is there. From the childhood we look forward to this day. The visit of Santa is always longed for. Buy Shoes for a Cause
We were driving into the dark jungles of Kenya when a group of children ran towards our vehicle. Some of the children were naked and hungry and none had shoes on. The feet were infected and chapped, blood oozing out of the cuts and wounds. We were sad and depressed to see their plight. We gave them some food and money but we didn’t have extra shoes to give them. We all want to do a bit of charity as and when we can but the moments don’t come so easily. Bible expects all of us to give alms; we may not get a chance always to do so. A Soulful Sole Gesture
There are many problems that people confront in their life. The condition of women is worse than that of men every where. There are many shelters that look after these destitute women. Some of these women solely depend on the donations and alms. During Christmas and New Year many balls and auctions are held to seek charities.
